Hi @White273,

Welcome to TPG Community!

Yes, you can cancel your telephone service with Telstra once your TPG NBN service is installed and activated to avoid service downtime.

If you'd like to keep your Telstra telephone number, we can request to port it to TPG or you can opt to get a new telephone number from us instead.

We can arrange an account specialist to contact you to discuss how you can move to TPG NBN, just PM us your best contact number and most convenient time to receive a call.

To send a PM, you can refer to this link: How do I private message (PM) in the community

We have arranged an account specialist to contact you between 2PM and 5PM QLD time today.

Let us know should you have a preferred contact time. Thank you.

Hi @White273, we can see that our Accounts Team has been in touch and the change of plan to TPG NBN has been lodged.

To avoid service downtime, please keep your Telstra service active while the NBN installation is still in progress.

Further updates regarding the status of your NBN installation will be provided via email.

Let us know if we can be of further assistance. Cheers!
