Hi,
NBN completed their part of the installation today but home phone (Telstra Call Guardian 301) inopperative and Wi-Fi not working either. Modem is Tp-Link AX5400 supplied by TPG, NBN is FTTC. Cable connections look OK. The 4 blue LEDs on the NBN box are on. The following LEDs on the modem are on, Power, Internet, 2.4GHz, 5GHz, WAN. Where do I go from here ?

I've checked your service and have seen that internet service is up and running within specification.
If you are not detecting the Wifi, check the modem if the WiFi Lights (should be on/lit) and the default WiFi network name (SSID) and Password can be located on the Barcode sticker on the base of the modem.
