Asked three times for fix online - also received no callbacks as promised

Level 1c
NBN installed but problems with dropouts make it useless. Promised replacement NBN modem but still waiting. Asked about status of delivery but no record on the file. Asked 3 times and wasted hours online (mobile plan) to get a resolution but they cannot understand me. Asked for callback and nothing. Worst experience I've ever had.
