Automatic configuration not connecting

Had my wireless nbn set up yesterday. It’s still saying waiting for automatic configuration. Have tried turning off and on and check imports. It’s a TP-Link VX420-G2V
Any help appreciated. Thanks

Hi, I still require further help. In the link you sent I followed the instructions to configure my modem, but the link in the instructions (https://192.168.1.1) will not open for me. I’ve tried multiple devices and it’s always the same.
Is there another site or way I can access this or configure the modem.

@Jane81 . You can try factory reset, then login to 192.168.1.1.
