Bayswater WA- Is TPG out?

Is anyone else's inetrnet out in Bayswater WA? I've been on hold to the TPG phone number for over 22 minutes so can't even ask them.

Have done the NBN website check and that shows that we should be all good. Any clues for how to get help from TPG?
