Can’t set up internet. Flashing blue connection icon.

After an already terrible start with TOG with a delay in sending our NBN box still no support. We’ve set up our modem and NBN connection box all lines definitely right. Flashing blue connection light and been on hold for AGES with no support at all.

We've ran a quick test and it appears that the signal seemed to be failing. Let us know of your most convenient time to receive a call on 12 Oct 2022 so we can have a Case Manager to assist.
