Cancel NBN registration - please help

Hi there;

 

I've signed up for NBN however my situation has changed and would like to cancel. 

 

I've been on the phone 3 times today each time over 30 minutes wait and I couldn't wait anymore can someone contact me so we can cancel this before it goes on any further or any other payments.
