Hi,
I have received a text from TPG saying NBN appointment is booked today between 7 to 2 pm, attendance is not required. I have not seen anyone installing but my existing internet was no longer working since this morning. Not sure if it's due to the installation?
No email or text about activation and still no internet.
How long should I be waiting for activation?
