Hi there, I requested a change in plan to an NBN bundle a couple of days ago. I realised it's not essential for me to change my plan and happy to stay with my current plan (ADSL2+). I tried contacting (via web chat support) yesterday and the customer agent (joemer) confirmed that the order for the plan change would be cancelled, but I have not received any confirmation e-mail, and it appears that the NBN installation technician (scheduled for Tuesday March 31) is still arriving (they have not sent any SMS suggesting appointment is cancelled). Could you please let me how I can confirm that my change in plan request / order has been cancelled? It would be ideal if the account specialist could e-mail me directly on the matter, as I appreciate your phone centre is currently under-staffed.
