Change contract

I want to change from a no lock in contract to a 18 month contract...how do I do this?

Hi @Elliewest1,

 

If you just signed up, you can call Customer Service (131423, option 3) and ask to change the contract term you agreed to. I'm guessing you paid a $99.95 setup fee to get the 0 month contract, so if changing to an 18 month contract (which has $0 setup fee) TPG would probably credit this on your TPG account to use for future payments.
