I have attempted to change my plan to NBN via TPG website however the following error message was received:
TPG NBN Bundle service is available at your address, however you will need to contact TPG change of plan team on 1300 920 158 as further information is required.
Unfortunately, the phones are down due to the current COVID-19 situation - could you please assist with this change to NBN?
