Chat Support Issues

I was in a queue for over an hour tjis morning and without even being connected to a support person, my chat was ended. Now I cannot even get back into the queue as there are too many people. I haven't even been connected yet with TPG and already I want my account terminated as this is a disgrace.

I know someone who recently moved and was connected with another provider within 24 hours. I have been trying to get connected for over a week and there is no support or communication.

How can I actually speak to a person to resolve this rather than using a completely useless, un monitored and un controlled chat system????
