Coaxial cable is missing from the modem package

I'm moving to a new location, explained to your support that I have a box with coaxial cable coming out of it, today I received the modem and there is no coaxial cable or any connector in the box.

Did you send me the wrong modem or forgot to put all the parts in it?

I paid $100 for this and all I get is useless box, and I needed the internet today.

The modem that we supplied does not comes with a coaxial cable and I believe that this part is for the NBN NTD and not the modem. Can you please send me the following via private message:
