How long does does activation take from NBN service to NBN Bundle?

Switched from Telstra to TPG NBN only on Monday, changed our mind on Tusday, from NBN only to NBN and Phone bundle. The NBN insternet service has been suspended from 10am today (Wed). the installation till now 4pm is not completed...

Please check how long it ususally takes.
