Constant dropouts ticket no. 9010030

My nbn connection dropouts has increased exponentially these last two weeks, and despite having called and called by tpg tech support, no solution was found nor given. I'm constantly told to wait, even when the dropouts occurring back to back 3 times!
I have work and life that needs to use the internet, so what am I supposed to use when the bloody connection keeps dropping? They can't wait for tpg or the nbn co to do their thing!
