Converting to NBN - FTTC. Who supplies the NBN Connection Device?

Hi

I have a techie coming to convert me from ADSL2+ to NBN FTTC (Fibre To The Curb).

I have already received my TPG Modem/Router thanks.  But there was no NBN Connection Device (NCD) in that package.

I understood from various TPG documents that the NCD would be supplied "along with" that Modem.

So I guess I am asking whether the NCD is something the techie normally brings or am I missing a package??

Thanks, Martin

Hi @martinryan11 , we have located the account using your community details.

Upon checking, your address is classified by NBN Co. as Service Class 32, which means that it's NBN Fibre to the Curb (FTTC) serviceable and an NBN technician is required to connect the line outside and install the Network Connection Device (NCD).

Let us know should you have further queries.
