NBN super fast plan speed issue

Recently I signed up for super fast plan. Got confirmation and payment has been arranged. Since then my daughter complained internet connection error, slow speed on her desktop computer. No issue with mobile phone and iPad. Just her computer. Can you assist us to find the reason?

Hi @Miida . Does speed test on phone and ipad indicate that the superfast plan is in operation? What speed do they get? What wifi band are they using?

What speed do you get on the desktop? Does it use ethernet? If so, the ethernet port might be set to 100M rather than 1G (1000M) or auto negotiate.
