Hi @glazov69 , please be advised that it depends on how the line of the available service was set up. There are cases that installation can be done remotely and there's only a need to connect the TPG supplied modem to get the service up and running.
Please send us a private message with your TPG customer ID, username and complete address so we can take a look at your account and provide more details regarding the installation of your service.
