My installation date was scheduled for last week and no one came. The website was poorly made so you cannot reschedule the installation date as there is no option to pick a new date. No one is on the phone for customer service only online chat which takes 2 hours for someone to reach you in the queue and they immediately close the chat when it’s your turn. Honestly there is more chance of speaking to god then someone from TPG. Forget about getting internet from TPG it’s just a waste of money, at this point I will have to get a Optus contract to have internet while I keep paying these idiots for nothing.

Installation is by NBN tho? You can definitely get a hold of the sales team from Optus. If the installation guy didn't come despite going to Optus, you'll end up nowhere. lol
