Hi mishkay,

Currently there is one unplanned incident in your area and nbn is currently working over it. Around Randwick area currently more than 100 customer are affected. Incidednt# INC000013406646

nbn is experiencing an unplanned network outage impacting customers. nbn has begun activities to restore the network and will provide an update shortly.
