My NBN connection to my house was completed yesterday (required civil work), where the exterior connection is now completed. I was told that after the civil work was complete there needs to be another appointment to be made, in order to complete NBN setup and get it ready for use. In this case, will TPG contact me as soon as they are notified of completion of exterior connection? or will I need to contact TPG? TPG right now is really hard to contact as the online chat is always busy and I cannot get myself into the queue for the chat service.
