Hi TPG, Your chat service is awesome, I cant even connect to any representative to help me out. I want to change my NBN plan and its obvious that I cannot do it in the community page. I have tried to change it under my account, in change my nbn plan, and i receive this error message < E:adsl_comm:thread_exists > Please help me. At least make sure your change of plans options work for your customers! This online chat is useless if customers cant get a hold of a representative.

My NBN connection to my house was completed yesterday (required civil work), where the exterior connection is now completed. I was told that after the civil work was complete there needs to be another appointment to be made, in order to complete NBN setup and get it ready for use. In this case, will TPG contact me as soon as they are notified of completion of exterior connection? or will I need to contact TPG? TPG right now is really hard to contact as the online chat is always busy and I cannot get myself into the queue for the chat service.
