External network shortfall

Hi. Two visits from NBN tech and. Ow a letter from TPG stating the nbn delay is due to an external network shortfall and I have been assigned a case manager and it will be rescheduled when work is completed. I have had no contact from a case manager and need a connection date ASAP please.
