Get online support

No internet coming through - saying not connected

I am getting increrasingly frustrated, I have had my modem set up for 6 days now and the internet light is still not on and it is still not working. When I check the status, this is all I see: 

"Installation

Your installation is progressing.

We’re working hard on getting the service available for you. We'll keep you posted on the progress!"

I have tried to call and the phone cut out when I was being transferred and I am now being forced to wait another 40 minutes to talk to someone. I work from home, this is crazy as I cannot do my job.
