FREE FTTP UPGRADE

I signed up to tpg around 4 weeks ago for the free FTTP upgrade. While awaiting the upgrade im on the NBN100 plan. My question is should i see something in regards to my upgrade coming in my profile? Cause all i see is my NBN100 plan and its been 4 weeks since signing up and ive heard nothing in regards to the upgrade which has me wondering if the been initiated. Thanks for the help

Since you've already registered your interest, you will receive an email confirmation as soon as your address is available for the switch. Thereafter, you may reach out to us so we can proceed with the technology upgrade.
