Hi, I have received 4 texts about needing to activate my NBN service, we have plugged it in multiple times and left for long periods. We have tried resetting on more than one occaision.
We only get two lights on the NCD (connection + Power), and there is only one phone port in the house.
I am still waiting on a call back from a "case manager" from two weeks ago which I have not received.
I have now received a text threatening me that you will commence billing.
Please someone contact me and address this issue.
