Interner suddenly not working NBN

Our NBN internet is not working. All lights on the black NBN box are on, but on the white modem only power, internet, Phone1 and WAN are lighting up. And our phones, TV and devices cannot find our wireless network.
Could you please send me a PM (private message) with your CID (customer identification number) or UN (Username) or your mobile phone number.
So I can look at this service for you.

On the white modem, try pressing the wifi button, on the top edge maybe.  Check the wifi light or the 2.4G/5G lights.
