My Customer ID is 619XXXX, account username is XXXXXXX.
I have recently subscribed your NBN service (FTTC class 32) and I have just received the modem.
However, I did not receive the NBN connection box. There was no previous NBN connection in the property, as it is newly built.
I have an onsite appointment by an NBN Co technician Installation date: 07-11-2020
Does the technician provide the box on the installation date or TPG sends it to me?

Your NBN service is under the Service Class Type 31 which means installation will need to be done by an NBN technician. The technician will check the lead-in, Distribution Point Unit (DPU) and the Network Connection Device (NCD) installation will be done by the technician as well.
