I have having some issue with my activation. It has already been more than 1 month, but still not solved. All the lights are solid blue on my nbn box and there is no internet connection showing in my modem.
I had lodged this problem to tpg, they booked me appointment with technician but I received call from NBN agent and they told that nbn box has no any issue, so they cancelled my appointment and asked me to contact my service provider.
I called tpg again but my problem have not been solved yet.If you could help me with this one it would be great.
