Get online support
Seriously, it's been days now and I've had no internet. Modem and NBN box set up as depicted in the setup guide but no internet due to the installation never being activated. Surely it's just a click of a button to activate it?
Can anyone from TPG either get in contact with me or just activate my account (I can do the rest). It's FTTC so no technician is required to come to my premises.
