Has anybody been able to get in touch me a TPG represenative in the last week? It feels like the whole operation has shut down, I can get a response via phone, email or these boards. What else are we expected to do to get an answer to our queries.
Has anybody out there had better luck? If so how and when? This is just farcical, a telecommunications company that doesnt have any working channels to communicate.
