Failure to attend installation appointment

Hi,

I signed up with TPG in March. It took you 2 weeks to send my modem.  Once I received my modem I was told I would have to wait until 16/04 for a technician to attend to complete the installation process.  Yesterday no one came to my home to do so.  I am now locked in to an 18 month contract and paying for a service that I am yet to recieve.  This is not acceptable.  Can you please advise when a technician will be attending so that my children can begin their learning from home?
