Fault 10516518

Pretty disappointed when I check my fault status on my mobile phone app to see fault 10505874 "resolved " when it has not, so I submitted a new fault log. Fault number 10516518. We have 2 adult children at university doing online study who need internet asap. We have Nbn fttc bundle. It's been 5days now without internet. 2 technicians at two different days came out to say the same thing that the fault was in the fibre and just left.

Also my daughter is studying and has exams next week. She has been using my tpg mobile phone data to hotspot and it's running low. Can tpg at least top up my data with no extra charge to at least keep her going?
