HELP! I cannot reach TPG to report an NBN line break

I changed address and signed up for NBN at my new place over four weeks ago and still have not been able to get connected. A technician finally came to help but I was told there is a broken fibre outside the building preventing connection. I cannot even reach TPG on the chat support because when I finally get someone they transfer me and I wait just for the chat to be ended. The issue has been reported by the technician already and the last person I spoke to said that NBN CO needed 24-48 hours to process the report before scheduling someone to come out. TPG just tell me please if someone is coming soon. I'm now in isolation and without internet for four weeks. My ticket number is 10367247.
