HELP - New NBN Internet connection

Hi@4431914,

 

Can someone please help, I have ordered a  new NBN set up, have recieved the eqiupment and have followed the instruction, everything should be connected and ready to go but it is not working? I have connected my devices to the moderm, but I can see the NBN modem isn't connecting as it should, Can I please get some help as I am fustrasted that I can not call to speak to someone and keep recieving text messages form you telliing me to connect
