i was rescheduled for my NBN technician appointment last month without any prior notice and got moved to this month last week, the technician finally came and he wouldnt go forth with the installation process because he wanted a written email notice from the building manager to do it, which i only had word of mouth to prove that i have been allowed to drill. understandably, the technician left and told me to reschedule. ive been trying to reach out via email and customer service to get a date rescheduled with TPG but i've only been ignored.
i seek to find results in this, i have been getting charged without service for almost 2 months now
all im hoping is to land a reschedule date and get this going already. ive waited so long and have been tossed around with different people and get nothing sorted.
