I received a text to arrange an appointment for an nbn technician, it asked to confirm the given time or reply with a preferred date/time.
I replied with a different preferred time and have not yet had a reply of confirmation.
The suggested appointment is for tomorrow…and I need to organise someone to be present
Is this appointment going ahead?
