I've just signed up as a new account and have recieved my modem today, but not my NCD - when will this arrive? I'm desperate to set up my internet asap as I am working from home, and need this organised asap.
Can someone please help me? I’ve contacted your company through every means possible but no-one is helping me! I’m getting incredibly frustrated especially as I’ve already been charged the first months bill but have no view to use my internet!
