Hi, I connected everything yesterday and the green light is not on the internet one. Am I still waiting for TPG to do something?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and checked your NBN order.

Based on the NBN, they are awaiting for the device to be connected in order to activate your service remotely.

This will be raised to our NBN service delivery as well for further checking.
