Your modem is currently sitting at the post office (SURRY HILLS POST SHOP). Startrack attempted to deliver the modem on November 18 but no one was available to receive it. At this stage, you'll need to pick up the modem at the post office. Please bring with you a valid ID. Take note of the consignment number as well that was provided to you via email.
