Home phone with ASUS RT-AX89X

I recently purchased an RT-AX89X to replace the supplied Huawei HG659n not realising the ASUS doesn't have a phone out. What are my options here? My NBN Cable modem is an Arris CM8200.

If you are under the NBN bundled with VoIP plan, then the phone service will not work using a third party device.

You have the option to use the ASUS router as an access point.

Check this thread. The instructions from david64 might help you setup your ASUS device as an access point.
