Get online support
My home number has gone dead today. There is no dial tone. If I ring the number from my mobile you get the ringing tone on the mobile but the home phone is silent. I have done all the suggested checks: reboot modems, connections checked, new phone plugged in. Tried ringing in to TPG but there is a queue a mile long and I don't have enough credit on my mobile to cover that.
