Hi,
As the NCD lights were only blinking, a telstra tech was booked in and he arrived today.
He just said that he is not reading any signals on the fiber line at the pit and that someone from NBN had to come in and fix that before another telstra tech comes in again to connect my house !
This is frustrating but i understand that you guys are not at fault.
But could you please let me know what the next steps need to be ? Is any action required from my end ? Could you please keep me up dated on what is happenning?
