How do I contact my case manager or anyone to help. My Nbn hasnt been actiavated.

My nbn was meant to be remotely connected in 1-2 days. Its been 9 now and no updates or information from tpg. Ive tried endlessly to speak to someone. 1.5 hours on hold yesterday to be told id receive a callback ... no one called back. Then today they keep hanging up the chat on me. How on earth do I resolve this? Its beyond frustrating.... and im very dissatisfied.

Im having the exact same issue. I would recommend you contact the telecommunications ombudsman. I will be reporting this to them if my nbn connection is not sorted out by tomorrow afternoon.
