I put in a request to change address and after 4 weeks I still don't have an internet connection. Countless hours wasted trying to get onto the chat and then finally get on there, waste a few hours only to get disconnected time and time again. I've had enough of wasting my time so I'm changing providers, so I want to cancel my account and my money refunded.
