How to reset my modem user name and password

I have problem to access http://192.168.1 .1on my iPad as it seems there is an error,how do I address the problem

Have you tried using a different browser and deleting the browsing history? What's the error message?

Can you provide us the make and model of the modem you're using at the moment?

Hi @chinsoo, we'd like to know if you are still having issues.

If you are using a TPG supplied modem, you can perform a hard reset on the modem to return it to its factory default settings.

Hi @Anton, there's a pinhole on the back of the modem, which is labeled reset. If you press and hold it for about 15 seconds, the modem will return to its factory default settings.
