Have you tried using a different browser and deleting the browsing history? What's the error message?
Can you provide us the make and model of the modem you're using at the moment?

If you are using a TPG supplied modem, you can perform a hard reset on the modem to return it to its factory default settings.

Hi @Anton, there's a pinhole on the back of the modem, which is labeled reset. If you press and hold it for about 15 seconds, the modem will return to its factory default settings.
