Can someone from TPG please contact me? Its been weeks i tried to get in touch with customer service..When i finally did and manage to organise new connection (NBN) they sent me modem which i already had from previous service but they did not send Nbn device! so how am i suppose to connect? im sick of paying for no internet for weeks now! thanks
