Incorrect Cancellation of NBN

So TPG cancelled my dads service yesterday which no one asked for. Dad clearly stated he wanted his service cancelled on the 30th May. Yesterday was the 24th? Not the 30th to me...
Now we’ve had no internet for 2 days and you can’t fix it! Because his account is “cancelled” which YOU did, not us.
This is unacceptable and I want the internet sorted ASAP.
You have put people who need this internet, such as students, out of a way to study! We supposedly have to wait another 2 days for this internet to be fixed. But why???? Why was it even cancelled in the first place before the 30th!!! If this is not sorted today I will take this further.
