I have been waiting for nearly 2 weeks now for someone to switch on my service. Like many others on this community, there is little to no customer service however taking payment instantly seems to acceptable although delivery is another question.
Can someone please flick a switch and have my internet turned on. It's Easter weekend coming up which means probably another 2-3 weeks delay for someone to do their job. The people you have working with you are still there. All that is required is that they do what you (and I) have paid for.
